Oracle opens Singapore cloud region to support SEA

Oracle has added Singapore as a cloud region to support growing demand in Southeast Asia, pushing its Asia-Pacific footprint to nine, and is offering 100 startups in the country $30,000 each in cloud credits over the next two years.
