Alibaba names new CTO, while CEO steps in as interim cloud head

Chinese tech giant appoints Wu Zeming as its CTO, replacing Li Cheng, while CEO and chairman Daniel Zhang adds acting president of Alibaba's cloud business to his portfolio, in a series of top management changes that the company says is an annual routine.
