ACCC wants users to be able to replace iOS and Android default apps

Among other things, the watchdog's app marketplace report has highlighted a need for consumers to have more choice through an ability to change any preinstalled default app on their device that is not a core phone feature. It's also unsurprisingly labelled both Google and Apple as 'dominant' players in the app marketplace space.
